TxDOT Plans & Proposals access

In an effort to assist TxDOT and the contracting community bidding TxDOT jobs, we are providing free access to the available TxDOT Plans and Informational Proposal data, regardless of whether you have a Whitley & Siddons account.

Existing Customers using our EasyLinkPro software

If you are already familiar with our EasyLinkPro software that is included with your subscription, by installing the "beta", or test, version of the next release, you will be able to access any plans, proposals, addenda, and revisions that are available. This data can be accessed when viewing the Advance Notices, or by the clicking on the "Blueprints" tab, where you have access to many years of archived data.

To install/upgrade to the beta version of the next release you can
1) Run your existing version of EasyLinkPro, Synchronize, then click the link on the information box that pops up or
2) Email us support@WhitleySiddons.com and we'll email a link to install the beta version

Contracting Community at large (Free Access)

We have provided a subset of the Plan and Proposal files to the contracting community at large, regardless of whether you are a Whitley & Siddons customer or not.
