Remote Help

Our Remote Help system gives you the ability to allow us to access your computer.  With prior arrangement, we can provide support directly across the Internet.  The program allows remote control of your computer so that we can demonstrate software or fix problems, but you control the connection, so your computer remains secure.

How to Get Started 1. Contact Whitley & Siddons to arrange a remote help session. This assures that someone will be available to assist you.
2. Click here to get the Remote Help program. You can choose to run or save the file and then run it.
3. On the Remote Help screen, click "Start" to begin the session.  If you have a firewall, it may ask your permission to connect.  Click "Exit" to disconnect at any time.
